"The flowers were beautiful and the recipient very much appreciated them. I paid for same day delivery and they were not delivered for over 30 hours. I received the post delivery survey and said I would like to be contacted to discuss my experience. To date, I have not heard from anyone ( 5 days) except I just got another email asking me to review my experience. So, here it is! Just know that if you place an order and pay for same day delivery, it might not happen and nobody apparently is concerned about it.

"I recently sent this arrangement to a relative who raved about how beautiful it was. So for my 76th birthday, I sent this arrangement to myself and boy, talk about a beauty! It has hydrangias in full bloom, agapathis in full bloom, beautiful white roses, white lillies, beautiful mums and it is simply beautiful. Order this, you will not be sorry! It is one of the prettiest arrangement of flowers I have ever seen!"

"It was an easy process to purchase online. But when my girlfriend received the flowers they were much less than the pic showed. I was disappointed to say the least. I appreciate it was delivered in a couple days from order. Just not very well done. Some of the flowers even died in the first day or so. "
