"NO FLAG for my 100-year old WWII veteran Uncle’s goodbye Mass!! Instead of 21” high and wide, we measured not quite 12” high and 19” wide of NOT FRESH daisies. The basket handle was seen—unlike your picture and description. The ONLY thing you got right is “white” flowers! I got my bill—I will be disputing it via my credit card!! Call me at ***-***-**** to negotiate what I will pay—not $126 for total disappointment and embarrassment!! I guess you didn’t think I would attend the funeral since I live far from Santee, CA. SHAME IN YOU!! I’ve already sent a complaint in a survey but, of course, have heard NOTHING from you!! Doris White, 4212 Demavend and NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144."
