"Christmas Poinsettia plant was supposed to be delivered to my elder mother in assisted living facility, the week of Christmas. The facility refused to accept the delivery of the plant, due to it possibly being a possible hazard to persons in memory care. I was notified by email of the incident. I immediately contacted the FTD customer service line and spoke to an agent concerning the non delivery of the plant. The agent assured me that a redelivery would happen the next day.
The next day, I received an email confirming that a redelivery was successful. The florist substituted a beautiful Christmas floral arrangement complete with an ornament vase, for the plant and redelivered it at no additional costs!
My mother loved the arrangement. Thank you FTD and the florist! "
