"The plant arrangement I selected was sent to a bereaved family. The family sent pictures to me of the initial floral arrangement which did not represent the quality of the arrangement I selected. After talking with the FTD representative, a subsequent arrangement was sent. The family sent updated pictures of the new arrangement and it was perfect! No jumping through hoops and no begging to fix the problem. FTD turned a bad situation around and that's why I'll continue to be a customer. They really care!"
