Disappointing Bouquet

"Bouquet received by my granddaughter was NOT as large or as colorful as photo on FTD website. I chose the Deluxe to be sure it was a full bouquet. Also the roses in her bouquet were a very pale pink, OT the bright deep pink shown in your photo on website.
She sent me a photo so I could see it and I have to say that I was very disappointed! You need to ascertain that a florist can deliver the bouquet as shown when you assign the order to them.
Not a happy customer!!!"

"Florist delayed delivery several hours with excuses and some flowers had broken stems.I have used FTD dozens of times without issues. I think this was more of the florists problems, not FTD specifically."
